Without any authority, Defendant-Appellee State of Florida illegally operates Cayo Costa State Park camp and life-threatening fires sites on private property in the undedicated private residential Cayo Costa Subdivision.
State of Florida Officials criminally trespass onto the private undedicated Cayo Costa Subdivision. Pursuant to the 1912 Subdivision Plat of Survey, the public has no access to private Cayo Costa.
